Alliance dominated vanilla
Horde dominate classic on pvp servers.
Kind of a massive difference.
Well like many blame the map people you conveniently forget alliance can premade wsg/ab and not AV.
Itās apples to oranges because the other two maps donāt have major balance issues.
So can horde.
But horde donāt have instant queues. come on.
Thats my point.
So in the logic of others que times is what matters, ally pugs when faced vs a better horde pug should throw the game, yet they dont, its still 50/50 for pugs.
Thats the whole point.
But in AV you all use the que times as if alliance with faster ques just throw the game and give up, wonder why they do it in ONLY av?
They are also shorter games too though. There is a difference between trying in a game likely to last 20 minutes or less vs trying in a game that can go on for an hour. Come on man.
I been in some pretty long wsg games my man.
No one gave up.

This whole stance on well just lose and reque is such BS, the majority of players who pvp are competitive.
Unless i legit need to leave my house or something happens the game could last 4 hours and most would still keep trying.

Because, and I said it many times now, alliance best players all left AV at the same time the minute they could not premade it anymore in January-February. Go back read their posts. Bye bye AV haha horde will get super long queues. Best allies (or more sweaty at least) all left and AV so ally side was just full of bad pugs. Alliance got traumatized and thatās the present meta.
All players of all types do AV.
My examples are proof, on average 25% of horde are leechers in my last 4 games lol.

It isnāt though. If you are doing WSG / AB, you are probably in there for Honor. The rep rewards take forever. There are people like me who will join just for the fun of stabbing others. But I am the exception. If you are maximizing Honor, one side or the other will roll over.

If it is pug on pug, then yeah stay in there and battle it out since you are probably like me and going for kicks lol.
Not all pvp players rank.
I have played classic from start to now, i dont rank.
I enjoy pvp.
So i que for bgs. Just because i want to pvp.
I camped outside of cenarion circle on my mage for hours slaying horde, i did not rank thoā¦
You canāt compared what happened in last January and got amplified over time to games we have now. January was the breaking point, now is the result.
So do you contest ally rankers all left AV in January ? Cause it was all over the place in the forum.
Id agree rankers left, why would you rank in a BG u cant win?
Both factions get more honor in premades. Thats no different from horde.
Only difference in is horde can weave in solo AV games every 2 hours now because its an auto win.
But look at my last 4 games, the ranks are almsot always even, so why arent the horde rankers doing AV?
I agree. You are also the exception. I do the same thing and am the exception. There is a reason there is an entire market surrounding the creation of a couple hundred to a couple thousand level 1 alts that get 15 honor, get deleted, and pad the brackets. Min/max culture is legit.
They left before anyone had a clue the BG was in any way biased. I hate it when people say this. It isnāt true.

As for pool parties its a fix to a bad ranking system.
I just have no need for such a title, i dont think r14 means anything in terms of skill so to me its useless to go for.
Just my opinion of it.
I have friends who have gotten r14 on more than 1 toon and i just dont understand it.
If you cant full premade it why would you not just go stomp pugs in wsg for more honor because the people youre premading with are your group.
Cant just say oh well guys we are splitting into groups of 5 now.
The pvp community on my server is very close with each other.
