Because by the time alliance has been pushed back to SPGY the game is effectively over anyways and we’re just burning time.
SPGY makes no difference in the outcome of the game. Alliance can hold that GY for a good length of time, but we’re never going to get past the choke at SHGY. After SH is taken the game is pretty much a done deal. Horde fight Alliance at SP until wing commanders and Lok are summoned.
Sometimes Alliance abandon defending SP and attempt to get galv and LTS.
But of course I understand why you’d bring this up. Horde were upset about Alliance premades so they whined about it and got that changed. Horde were upset about Alliance farming their spawn point so they whined about it and got that changed. Horde were upset because they believed single Van pulls were harder than single Drek pulls (they weren’t) so they whined about it and got that changed.
Horde are winning 99% of AV matches but SP is taking too looooong. Please fix Blizzard!
It is not so much bad strategies, as it is bad players dragging down the ones with good strategies. Bad players include those who are afking and leeching while watching youtube. I find it hilarious this is so easily hand-waved.
The day I can stealth to DB and don’t kill ~5 afkers each game without going out of my way to find them, I will start believing it is not a player problem.
Absolutely.

AV 1.12 is a hollowed out turd
Giving you the absolute benefit of the doubt that on non AV weekends that’s the case(and it’s not) on AV weekend that ceases to be the case. And since even then when alliance don’t have any more dead weights than horde the win rates don’t level out there’s a map issue.
Lol, they do already teach that Guevara and Castro were humanitarians.
CNN now reporting Hitler frequently vacationed at Mar-a-Largo.
And since even then when alliance don’t have any more dead weights than horde
Show your math, rather than your biased feels.
I find it amusing you think I don’t play classic because unlike you I don’t consider AV the sole thing to do in classic.
I find it amusing that you believe that to be the reason.
On AV weekend you have less bad players on alliance team, but it’s still far more than horde. You go from about half your team not trying to about a quarter. Horde teams usually have maybe 5 players at most not trying/afk/leeching. The least alliance have on AV weekend is usually closer to 10 than it is 5. And even then alliance win rate jumps up to near 40% with that dead weight on their team. Hmmm.
You have a stronger defending stand point on the map at almost every GY. IBGY is hordes best defensive spot. While you have almost every GY other than SHGY being stronger defensively speaking than IBGY. The problem is your team has less people actually playing.
The lowest number of AFK alliance I have found in my AV games is about 10, and that’s on AV weekend. (Eagle eye track humanoid, information is power in PvP) and I consider the lvl 51ish players farming harpies afk as they give nothing to your win conditions.
The map is not the major issue causing the alliance to lose most AV games.

I love all your “feel” numbers with no supporting data.
One person posted a 40% win rate, the other 50 posted a less than 10% win rate on AV weekend.
I find it hilarious you keep spouting the 40% tho. It definitely betters your argument than the truth.
His numbers are a lot more accurate and believable that those of players who are not playing AV.
Except his number had no screenshot, the others did.

I am talking about you, non player of AV.
Ah yes the mountains of evidence you’ve presented is staggering such that I must supply the same!
Wait…
The burden of proof always falls upon the accuser, you have presented no independent verfiable evidence from Blizzard in the form of documentation to show any of the allegations of Blizzard’s ‘bias in favour’ or Horde players you make have any substance.
That is why Blizzard should do nothing,
This is not a map problem, not a bias problem, but an alliance payer problem.
The burden of proof always falls upon the accuser
This isn’t a court of law, but by your own standard…
This is not a map problem, not a bias problem, but an alliance payer problem.
You’ve presented no evidence of this accusation.
I did three matches yesterday.
I have more exalted characters than you do.
This isn’t a court of law, but by your own standard…
Never said it was, but in any accusation of ‘bias’ the accuser has to present evidence that can convince not only the Blizzard but the other side topic of the justice of your claim. However the only thing almost all Alliance players have presented amounts to little more than.
“Muh Feelz”
Not ever remotely convincing,
Never said it was, but
…but nothing. “Burden of proof” is an agreed upon convention, not a hard and fast rule of debate.
