For no apparent reason, about 30% of the time when I loot nothing is auto looted and I either have to manually loot or try looting again. Very annoying and completely inconsistent. Disabling addons did nothing to resolve.

aye its been borked since the prepatch over 2 months ago. im sure just another handful of extended “maintenances” will solve the issue
