Same, and there is multiple threads in the bugs reporting the same thing. It’s annoying. I click, it pops open a window, then I click again to actually loot.
This sort of thing is universal, and doesn’t seem to be tied to FPS at all. It feels like a server-side delay, as buffering a Shift + Right click for a little longer guarantees the loot. For whatever reason, I don’t use auto loot by default, yet still loot everything 99% of the time using the manual command.
