Auto Loot does not pick up all loot and you have to double check it. Others have had this issue. See Auto Loot Isn't Looting Everything [RESOLVED] As of today (8/13/2024) still not fixed.

I also have this issue and sometimes it takes like 1 second between each item the auto-loot picks up and other times it goes faster like 2 items each second.

I haven’t noticed not looting everything, but there is a full second or 2 of lag when looting. This can cause me to not loot everything and have to try again. The 2nd time I usually loot everything as normal.
