We don’t have a huge problem with advertising on the forums outside of people shilling for streamers.
Forum trolls are the issue and many have authenticators.

Show the QR code proof you are vaxxed and all that stuff. Banking and insurance is made a LOT easier with a smart phone if you have one with a fingerprint scanner.
I got mine for just 100.- 4 years ago. It can even have 2 SIMs in it so you can seperate work and family.

you can however have restrictions for not doing the thing. you can still play by not doing the thing.
