Authenticator/Authentication Problem

I’m in a bit of a pickle. I was using the authenticator app on my phone but it’s now no longer working saying i need to use the bnet app but the bnet app wont let me login without the authenticator. I then tried to remove the authenticator (long enough to get into the bnet app) but I have an old phone linked and I can’t get sms so I can’t remove the authenticator. I am thankfully still logged in on my PC so I can play for now but I can’t change that phone number or authenticate if needed. I have no problem emailing a scan of my ID to prove that I own the account if thats needed. HALP PLZ!

Oh and I do have access to the email associated with the account.

Ok, so first thing you should try is help with recover your account.

If you’re unable to recover your account, get in contact through this path. If you’re unable to log into your Battle.net account, make a new Battle.net account and be sure to include the Battle.net account details and be prepared for any security questions by the staff member assisting that can help verify you’re the owner of the Battle.net account.

Neither of those work because again, I can’t provide authentication when it asks for either sms (old phone #) or authenticator. I’m stuck.

Edit, got past that phase to where I could answer questions and sent in a photo of my id so hopefully I get help!

It is open, Feyranna. We don’t often ask for IDs anymore.

They may still send you an email asking questions about the account. Keep an eye on your email for any updates.
