Hi, I’m not sure where to address this problem. I’ve tried to open a couple in game tickets. I’m trying to log into authenticator but I don’t have access to my old phone number. So I can’t change number without authenticator and I can’t change authenticator without my number. But I can still play the game. Which is fine. But I’d like to be able to use the authenticator too.
You should be able to follow the link below to put in a ticket to remove the authenticator and then re-add a new one to your account.
