If we don’t a Cell Phone to get an Authenticator to use the Group finder mythic Key why do we have to have it?
Your question is confusing. You don’t need an authenticator to use the Group Finder for mythic keys…only to input custom text.

I feel a word is missing in this question. Probably “have”, but could be “need”.
Ultimately, I believe you only need to have the authenticator to add custom text to groups, and to add it, you need a cellphone number capable of connecting with Blizzard’s SMS system, which could preclude some prepaid cell phone users.

I still use my original non cell phone authenticator lol
