Just for sheer bloody-mindedness, I’m filing a new ticket. I fully expect the results to be exactly the same as it has been the last three times.

Nothing in your post history shows that you’ve tried to talk to people on Tech Support or in CS about this issue.

If you have a new phone, try again. If it’s an old phone, there are ways to reset the wifi connection and other things to resolve the issue.

Or again… try asking in Tech Support or CS.

Make sure you give them the make and model of the phone you’re using. Template responses will ALWAYS come first. You need to re-open the ticket to have them look further into it after those solutions don’t work.

yeah, I despise those spam ads… bad enough I get flooded with them on the launcher, they are now despoiling the mobile app by forcing us to see them there too, instead of letting the app doing it’s damn job… why blizzard, why do you torture us so, and waste our time with this garbage? if we wanted to buy everything you make, we would have done so long ago, stop shoving it down our throats!

i still just get a error when i try to enable the mobile authenticator in the battle.net app.

The app is spamming adds that is its job. Its a new cash cow.
