Authenticator on account, but cannot create LFG groups or extra bag space

Wanted to create a ticket for this, but the support website is awful and does not let me. I’ve had an authenticator on my account for years. At some point the extra bag space got removed or I never got it in general. Annoying I cannot create my own LFG groups because of this issue.

When I log in, only the authenticator from the old authenticator app works. I’m logged into my account on the battle net app on my phone and the authentication code does not work even though the name of the battle net account is correct. Can I please get this fixed…

Id try removing and readding the bnet app would be my first suggestion then resyncing. But there mite be a better option so id wait.

And you still have SMS setup on your phone with Blizz too?

The bag spaces require both the authenticator and SMS.
