Authenticator not being recognized in game

Please review my account details where it says my Battlenet authenticator is active. And please see that my in-game authenticator restrictions still apply. Can you fix this?

This isn’t customer service, this is customer support - ie, a player help player forum. There are no GM’s or Devs here.


I have to clarify, what authenticator are you using, and when you said in game you’re using the launcher?

If the authenticator is not working, try syncing it in the options, if you have the new bnet app already installed.

If you need further assistance you will need to put in a ticket.


I assume you mean custom group text? The limitation is to have authenticator as well as SMS set up.
