There are plenty of people making posts about this issue. Depending on the reason behind why you’re unable to log in, there have several ways to go about rectifying them.
You actually don’t even need a sub to make a post here or even in-game, if you just create a base account, you can use the in-game suggestion interface.
Tickets can also be submitted without logging in either. There are usually options to try and verify your account if you attempt to submit a ticket without being logged in. Or if you do create a new one for this temporary issue, you can also resolve it through tickets on that account - so long as you make sure to reference the account you’re having the issue with. Be clear and concise. Is the phone number on the account outdated so you’re not getting the SMS code? Is your old authenticator dead and you’re unable to use it to help? Is it all due to the old and new apps on your phone?
