Authenticator issues

I can’t log into my battle net account to even check the status of my ticket, its been days and I haven’t gotten a new email, so I have no idea what is happening with my account.

I left wow about 10 years ago as I moved to the country with super bad internet.

I started playing again in the beginning of November, I have bought subscriptions and stuff since then. I down loaded the app on my phone and said yes to the authenticator, thinking it would send the codes to my phone, however that didn’t happen. I tried to turn the authenticator off through my mobile app now I can’t even log into my phone app to check on the ticket I made before I did that.

I have been playing with my daughter who is stationed over seas, now I can’t do that.

I don’t know what to do from here.

I started a second account under my other email address so I could get into the forums to ask for help. So this isn’t from the account I am having issues with.

There is no live chat or phone number.

I’d recommend submitting a logged out “can’t get into my account” ticket. Alternatively, use your second BNet account to ticket from and reference your original account’s BTag in the tickets since you ARE allowed to have multiple BNet accounts. Using the second account might be easier, because if you do the logged out ticket option you will have to make a new ticket every time that you reply to them and reference the number of the ticket that was just replied to as the emails are no reply.
