so, the other day I changes the password on my main account, didn’t ask for authenticator, that being said I didn’t pay any mind to it, go to log in asking for authentication, or text message of a code, I haven’t played in a while, so I haven’t updated my info. I no longer have access to the old phone number, and I apparently lost the info to reconnect the authenticator to my new phone I did put in a ticket on this account for my main account. the ticket number is as follows Ticket Number: US89407949 I accidently put it in the wrong category though, just curious to see what the wait times are like. just spent around 200$ between mw2 and wow expansion. so, I’d like to be able access my account again. I did send 2 forms of id, my driver’s license and my military id. TIA

Definitely want an authenticator on this though. When you put the new one on - jot down the serial number and restore code. If something should happen to your phone you’ll be able to restore the same authenticator to a different device.
