I recently changed from my key chain Authenticator to my new one with the app since the battery on the key chain was dying. I am having issues where half the time if I log in on my laptop or my desktop the app will not recognize the authenticator request from the login and act like its trying to get it from the physical keychain that is no longer connected by asking for the number code . Not sure why this is happening but the issue is on my laptop and desktop. Laptop is Windows 10 and Desktop is Windows 11. Each time I have to completely shut down and turn back on the desktop or the laptop until it finally requests the log in from the app instead of the keychain. Wondering if anyone else had this issue and if so if there was a solution.
Honestly, never heard of something like this, but the Bnet authenticator can generate a code if it can not do a direct request. In the app, click your profile, go to authenticator, and click enter code manually.

I can try it next time this happens and see if the bnet authenticator manual code works. Can’t really mark that as a solution though since I am not 100% sure if it will accept the code or not right now or if its still looking for keychain one.
On this Battlenet, it is showing a mobile, Devcom.

Thank you I will mark as solution then cause I was able to log in today with 0 issues the Authenticator on my phone app picked it up no issues. I will mark as solution. Not sure why I was having those issues.
