So I recently had to redownload the battle.net app and reset up the authenticator. I logged in and i guess was autokicked from the officer role in the guild. GM logged in and was unable to promote me back due to no authenticator. The authenticator is on my acoount though and i have access to all the other things you get from authentication. Is this intended? And how long does this take to update? This occurred a couple days ago.

If your guild has the authenticator requirement enabled for promotion to officer rank, certain requirements must be met before a guild member can be promoted:
The account must have had an authenticator for 7 full days before they can be promoted.
This timer starts with the first login for that character after the authenticator is added.
The character must also have been in the guild for 7 days before they can be promoted
Once these requirements are met, the guild leader will be able to promote the character.
If all these requirements are met and you still cannot be promoted to the desired rank, please submit a bug report ingame.
