Have you swapped phones recently? Have you gone into your account settings and removed your mobile authenticator and re added it?
I haven’t changed phones. It should be noted that the app works for authorising new web logins. It just doesn’t work for the actual game.
Have you updated the app? You can use the generate code function and manually enter the code
The app is up to date.
Thats the issue, the generated codes don’t work.
Sounds like the app is out of sync

Should be a white text New the bottom “Not Working” click re sync

I’ve confirmed the issue is with WoW. Not the app. I confirmed this by detaching and re-attaching the authenticator to my account. At each point when the account website asked me for a random code from the app, I was able to use the apps random code with success. Therefore the issue is with WoW not accepting the correct random code.
Still an issue. Had to move to a different computer and getting ->
