Click on the name in the bnet launcher. It will show a dropdown menu, and the top of that is the name#1234. That’s the bnet ID you need.

I would have your friend change it then. Once they get access to the account.
It was suppose to be an alternate ID for friending across multiple games other then RealID.

You open a fresh ticket - reference the first, and send in the answers.

Open a new ticket, and reference the first ticket number.
Your friend could create a different bnet account also, but probably won’t be necessary once their original is unlocked and they can login.

Ok well we copy/pasted in the GM questions (as directed) and only got a couple answered before hitting the character limit and unable to proceed. Not sure what to do now
