Been trying for 6 hours. Was logged out of my account. I have posted tickets. The websupport line was supposed to be open an hour ago.
You would only need 1 ticket im not aware of live chat working right know or at this time of nite.
Do you mean live chat? It wouldn’t be open at this hour, I believe you’ve got the estimated times off a bit. If it’s available, it’s generally around PST working hours.
But unfortunately, even then, live chat hasn’t been available for a couple of weeks due to the ticket queues being elevated. When turnaround time is high, they focus all the GMs to ticket resolution and live chat isn’t available during that time.
