Sent a support ticket to have my Auth temp removed so i could log in due it suddenly stopping working.
Got a response, but the GM wants to me to log in and update the support ticket. No sure what to do now to get back to playing, because i cant log in due to auth being dead, and i cant update my support ticket?
I need help.
Sorry for the confusion, Ceridwin. If you are unable to reopen your current ticket, due to lack of access, you’ll want to open a new one as you did the first time around.

Make sure to reference your original ticket number in your new ticket. The GM can refer back to your first ticket then and hopefully better assist you.
