2 Day / 7hr Raiding Guild is Recruiting

About us:

  • We are a raiding guild that is newly established with a variety of experience levels
  • We have begun mythic raiding as of the beginning of this month (with some pugs) and are looking to bolster our roster
  • Outside of scheduled raid times, there are always a few people on running different types of content, including M+ and visions, gearing and leveling alts, and we are working towards putting together a heroic run on an off night

What you can expect from us as a guild:

  • Focused leadership

  • Communication and transparency in leadership’s decision-making
  • A fun, and rowdy, raid group

What we expect from our trials:

  • Showing up to raid with food, flask, and runes
  • Use of DBM or BigWigs
  • Downloading WeakAuras and AngryAssignments
  • To do preliminary research into any fight you do not know
  • Open to criticism/direction
  • Ability to use Discord with a working mic
  • An ilvl of 465, neck lvl 75+, and a rank 12 cloak
  • 100% attendance throughout the trial period (2 weeks)

What we expect from our Raiders:

  • Commitment to regular attendance (75%+)
  • A baseline understanding of how to sim your character (we can help with this)
  • Attempting to run a mythic 15 weekly (or the highest you can run, again we can help with this, but expect some level of independent effort)
  • Acquiring Echoes at a reasonable rate and buying BiS corruptions the next time they are available
  • Running at least one full vision clear per week for Malefic cores
  • All the same expectations of trials

Our Goals as a guild:

  • First and foremost, put together a solid core for Shadowlands
  • Become better players by running challenging content, and developing deeper undertanding of how to play and gear our classes
  • Push as far as we can into mythic NYA this tier

Schedule:

  • Wendesday 5:30pm - 9pm server time (7:30pm - 11pm EST, 6:30pm-10pm CST, 4:30-8pm PST)
  • Thursday 5:30pm - 9pm server time (7:30pm - 11pm EST, 6:30pm-10pm CST, 4:30-8pm PST)

We are also interested in recruiting any very active players as casual members, for which there are no requirements.
