NZ didnāt go up because we pay 23.99 (NZD) for a single month sub. Thatās equivalent to $16.50 (USD) or $22.80 (AUD). Weāre paying 20% more than you AFTER this increaseā¦
I just hope they donāt think theyāre gonna get away with an NA price increase. Iām already hesitating even buying the expansion, if the sub price increases Iāll just quit the game for good.
Aussie gaming laws probably have a hand in this if I had to guess. The old people who probably donāt even understand todayās entertainment are doing some whack stuff to anime, gaming ect.

Thereās very little point complaining here. The thing to do, if you arenāt completely invested in playing on, is to refund shadowlands and cancel your subscription. Money talks, nothing else does.
I cancelled my subscription and have now requested a refund on shadowlands, which I expect to be honored given the month delay (acceptable) and the 20% increase in subscription cost AFTER purchase and BEFORE deployment.

As for Australia already paying less than other countriesā¦ I have no idea how you could find value from WoW if you are paying 20% more than our NEW price already, that is absurdly expensive.
At some point you just have to cut your losses; the product is overpriced and under-delivered.

They just did this from what I see. I mean, Iām still good for hugs if you make it to Halfhill but, they just did bad diplo here, can understand defection.
Im not the one that has been so lazy they canāt afford a sub. And if you were competent (by virtue of being on alliance and thus have a better means to sell aotc/m+ to ally players) you would have paid your sub in wowtokens for a long time.
