3 pally in pt and using aura master, buff the 3 auras or just mine?

Your Aura Mastery should only buff your current active aura for you and your party. Their Aura Mastery should buff you and the party with their current active aura. So long as all pally’s are using different auras, then you should receive benefits from the three enhanced auras for the duration. However, if anyone is using the same auras, I believe the strongest (higher ranked) aura will take effect

Aura Mastery only boosts the effect of the aura you are radiating. If you have Shadow Aura and someone has Fire Aura, your Aura Mastery talent will boost Shadow Resistance only.
Commonly, if an element resistance is needed (Shadow on Algalon star explosions, Concentration for Yogg Silence, etc.) then multiple paladins will be on the same aura or swap auras so the paladin with Aura Mastery off cooldown can boost it when needed.
