Can’t even hear the voices from npcs

Azeroth's Voice - Characters go mute during/after Magni's cutscene

For some reason, when I speak with Magni during the Azeroth’s Voice quest, there are no voices during the cutscene and all characters go mute after it. i can even log in a different character, and all npcs are mute. I have to close the game and restart it for the voices to come back. Kinda ironic that he quest named Azeroth’s Voice makes everyone mute.
