I’m trying to server change with my character, which requires me to clear my mailbox. However, I cannot delete the one mail from when I bought 10 hochenblume in the Auction House. There’s no attached items at all, just the receipt and it won’t let me delete it. Any idea how to fix?
Open a ticket and let them know which character needs the mail deleted so that it can me transferred.

So I’m just stuck until a GM responds to the ticket? Guess my new guild will have to wait …
Yes, you will. Ticket times aren’t quite as insane as they have been. Most billing and account issues are answered in a day or so, no more than a week-ish for in-game issues.
I don’t know what ticket path you used, but this one should get your issue addressed on the quicker side of things, since the mail is preventing your transfer:
