Right because how you play the game is the only valid way to play right?
People who like gold making and are stocking your auction house with all the old expansion materials for professions everyone is too lazy to farm, or listing all the cool transmog items people can’t find are evil and are slowing down the auction house for when you can’t be bothered to make your own flasks.
It has nothing to do with the fact that they swapped out the world server with a toaster, it must be the evil gold makers!

The current tuning on this “Hotfix” is ridiculous… The number of API calls needs to be massively increased. Should be at LEAST 60 per minute.
A better number would probably be somewhere around 100 per minute.
Even a simple AH post scan is taking me 10+ min. I don’t even post at volume… Just old & current mats I’ve “farmed” while doing tmog runs throughout the week, and some tmog / current BoEs from raid…
I cannot believe there wasn’t player consultation before such a game breaking limitation on such a fundamental resource as the AH…
Guess I won’t be restocking my guild’s flasks/pots this week…
What happens if the majority of the players who keep the AH stocked with herbs + consumables all decide they don’t want to spend 4-5hrs a day just relisting their auctions?
Has anyone ever actually experienced any AH issues? Last time I did was in like 8.0 when there were major server issues that caused it, not AH specific. (I’m on a High Pop realm as well)

The throttle should have been on the cancel, not the posting.

That sounds HYPER retarded lol. Hopefully it’s an insane cap, like 100 dungeons or something.
Anything that makes the automated auction house addons less useful is a big plus as far as I’m concerned.
If you want the brutosaur mount, pay cash for the tokens.
No love lost for TSM getting partially rekt by this, as I strongly dislike the authors of it.

Well first of all you don’t need to post 26 glyphs at once. That’s just clutter. Second of all you can sell your mats or random materials from raids/dungeons just fine without incurring any kind of delay. You just don’t need to be posting several dozen things at once.
You people are acting like the sky is falling just because you can’t bombard the AH with a bunch of useless crap all at once. And all that does is make the AH lag for everyone else.
You can still post your crap. You will still make money. The only difference now is it’s going to take a bit longer for you to make your piles of gold.
Oh no…the horror…

it’s pretty low honestly.
transmog? old materials? glyphs? pets? entire markets are impacted by this in a negative manor

And what AH addon is automated.
“A bit”, things that took 20 minutes are taking over an hour. It’s not like we’re posting 26 of the same glyph, there’s hundreds of different glyphs you know

I have played since vanilla i have plenty of alts and they all have maxed professions. just because i choose to have max professions on multiple toons shouldn’t give you the right to tell me how to play the game. I spent a lot of time working to get them to the point they are. Especially for Marks of Honor.
No they aren’t lol
This would only affect you if you are trying to post several dozen of those items in a short amount of time. Otherwise you don’t even notice the change.
There is literally no such thing as an automated auction addon… ALL addons in wow require manual input per in game action completed… Otherwise Bliz/Curse/Wowinterface will remove them…

to post only 70 enchants during my lunch break just cost me 15 minutes.
I have another 180 enchants still to post but i had to eat.
“The players who generate all of the AH traffic are using addon-driven automation to gain a competitive economic advantage over other players,” there’s automation within the addon. Sorry to say.

OMG just stop. TSM is automated. You hit post, you hit cancel. TSM figures out how much gold and how many items to sell. You can import the operations and hit post.
