most of wows community are groggy old gamers that only play wow and nothing else. they are behind on the times , like 20 years

Some people just want to be mad about everything. I think it’s their way of getting attention. I mean, there’s things to complain about in this game but good lord, this forum takes being perpetually upset to the next level.

It actually reminds me of other games (many FTP) that reward you for logging in over the week.
Good thing you’re not the only person that plays the game. Maybe, just maybe, there’s people that are happy with the thing. Games not just catered to you.

Yeah there is plenty of stuff to do that won’t require you to step into content you aren’t comfortable with.

I guess they expected it to be unique specific content with limited and exclusive rewards, but just as many would be upset with that.
This trading post reminds me of ESO. Log in and get either an XP boost or a crown to buy something later.
Old Mage tower for example.

You can get 1k points without having to do any M+, Raid, or PVP content. You can get it by doing silly fun things like type /love to the Aspects.
