Everyone in the raid is dead but the encounter is still ongoing. The door is taking no damage so it wont end.
Been around 40 minutes now, raid was kicked and everyone tried character unstuck and nothing is working.
It also doesn’t help that every time I’ve tried to put in a ticket for this so far its send me to the character unstuck service that has failed every time i’ve tried it.
Normally - disbanding and everyone being out of an instance for 30 min or so will reset an instance. If you are dead, that may put a wrinkle in it
I’d also ask you post this over in Bugs so QA can take a look - but that won’t help your most pressing issue of releasing and resetting the instance. It WILL alert them that the encounter may have issues.
If disbanding and being out of the game entirely doesn’t help after 30ish min, individuals putting in tickets would be the next step.
Well its kinda hard to coordinate 20 people logging out for over 30 min especially with crossfaction and all that and since we arent in the raid group anymore no one knows who was even there. So i guess my character is just bricked until I eventually get a response from a GM.
How do you even submit an actual ticket at this point?
Endless loop of you people trying to automate a problem that automation isn’t fixing.
You can always put in a ticket.
