Asked for T5, got T4. Now I have to waste acuity for a recraft

Perfectly sums up the wine you’ve served, but not at all how the system works.

Its a slanted mouth.
Nothing about it screamed sarcastic to me.
But if that’s what you were trying to convey then fair enough.

I don’t. Someone else will. They then get your money. I do not.

People don’t take me seriously when I say that this game is designed to be ultracompetitive. In other words, to incentivise people to screw over others.

This quote, I copy pasted it for you to see.

I disagree, the system allows you to easily get items, but makes it require more investment either socially or in effort to guarantee it being a specified rank. You’re not forced to use personal orders or even guild orders, but they offer perks that aren’t offered elsewhere.

Can’t say I saw it. I seldom agree with individuals on all topics though.

For proving you wrong consistently.

Which I addressed already.

And I disagree that it should be that way.

That wasn’t part of the order, it was in the note.
If it were part of the order then the crafter wouldn’t have been able to T4 it.
It can only be part of the order in a personal order, where you can specify the quality threshold of your craft.

The system does allow for that.
Part of the crafting system is the personal orders system, which allows you to specify a qualitative threshold.

Yes, they didn’t get what they asked for in terms of quality, because they used the wrong system.
My issue isn’t that, my issue is people claiming there is something wrong with the system – going so far as to say it’s broken – when the solution is just to use a personal order. It’s like watching that one starving guy in Spongebob show up to the Krusty Krab and then turn his nose up at it.

I’m not saying I like or dislike that person, I don’t even know them. Maybe they’re a total jerk. But not liking them doesn’t mean they didn’t orbital strike this thread. Even a blind, jerk squirrel finds a nut sometimes.

show me where you see “instructions for crafter”. my order screen says “note to crafter”.

there’s a system in place that does what you want. you’re ignoring it and then complaining about the results.

I don’t even know what that means. Maybe read my actual response above that to understand what I’m talking about.

Or you can read mine, which disproves whatever this person thinks was the original intent.

Apparently that emoji means sarcasm

Your sarcasm meter is broken.

No, they’re Karen.

Youve got to admit that someone taking an order knowing theyre not providing what the person wanted is scummy.
Even if technically theyre allowed to do so.

It’s not. If they care about quality minimum, then they need to set one.

Maybe, but it’s what you risk when you engage in a system that doesn’t let you specify quality.
It’s a risk you know you’re taking, so on some level you’re alright with it.
If you weren’t you’d use a personal order.
