“Someone’s” != me. Do better.
I see you’re reverting to trolling then.
I’ve seen your posts on other threads. You troll posts by telling people “sorry, you’re doing it wrong” without discussion. Do better.
itt people who refuse to use their toaster to make toast because “i should be able to do it in the microwave, it’s a design flaw with microwaves”
When the shoe fits. You used the system wrong, and are blaming anyone but yourself. You refuse to take accountability for your choices and improve. It’s really just on you at this point. There’s only so much I can do to help someone who is clearly refusing to be helped as you are.
also lmao that the crafter showed up here and posted the conversation and it turns out he offered 500g for a r5
No, someone on the other end abused it.
Nobody abused it. You got better than projected in your order. You are responsible for the choice to list a public order that has no minimum quality. That was your choice. Now you can deal with the consequence of that choice like an adult, or continue to make a scene of yourself. I’d encourage you to act like your age, which ought to be at least a teenager to play this game.
i thought it was common knowledge to not use public orders if you care about the quality of an item.
it is. but as we’re seeing here, common knowledge is probably a green item at a minimum.
Honestly, this argument doesn’t make sense and doesn’t reflect how things work in reality. People aren’t going to pay for poor quality—it’s just not sustainable. In real transactions, you reach out to the service provider, clearly explain what you want, and they give you a price for the work. You then decide whether to accept it or not. Any company that takes on a job, accepts payment, and then fails to deliver as promised is legally liable. In those cases, the customer has every right to sue for breach of contract or failure to deliver.
And it was the choice of the crafter to not read the note and make the T5.
He thinks you “faked” being him in the screenshot the crafter posted earlier. They had said grow up to the crafter in the screenshot, and you saying to him ‘grow up’ gave him that idea.
Tbh I feel like this OP is a lost cause, but it’s been an entertaining read thus far o7
Makes plenty of sense.
OP essentially threw the contract out into the wind, allowing ANYONE who wanted to work on it to do so, and offered such a pitiful amount of money that they were only ever going to get people who couldn’t or wouldn’t provide the quality they wanted.
Whereas if this was the real world, and the OP was actually smart about it, they would have REACHED out, just like you say, into trade chat, and ask someone to provide the quality they want and discuss a price.
They didn’t reach out to anyone. They did the real world equivalent of putting their broken TV on the curb, attaching a sticky note with $5 saying “Please make it perfect” and expecting it to come back perfect for such a pitiful amount of money
Great theory, but I already posted how much the commission was. Try again.
The OP had every opportunity to reach out to someone, discuss the order, and lay out a minimum requirement. They chose to do a public listing with the minimum quality being below what they actually felt entitled to instead.

Yeah, I worked that out eventually. Not really sure how the different… Everything on our two accounts fits into that idea but it is what it is.
I already posted how much the commission was.
5g (sarcastic) is not useful

I posted the exact amount. Try harder.
Except I know what you offered in the public order, and you didn’t disregard it at all in our conversation
I don’t even know who you are. Sit down.
