Asked for T5, got T4. Now I have to waste acuity for a recraft

But you don’t know.

Everyone here except you and one other person knew. The game showed you the item you could get back.

It didn’t, though. Not up front. I mentioned that multiple times but you choose to ignore it.

There’s a base assumption that by the time you hit level 70 you’ve gone through Exile’s Reach or seen a tutorial message that explains how tooltips work.

Everyone knows how tooltips work, but not everything has a tooltip.

The crafting order preview has one. If everyone knows how tooltips work you knew what you could get.

Mmm, no, it’s not obvious. You’re asking for an item and the item is front and center in a circle. Even IF you mouse over it, it shows you T1, even with T3 mats. So the tooltip is incorrect.

Why not put the tier level in the circle?

The tooltip shows the specs of the item. What it is, the stats on it, embellish on it, and minimum quality. It’s not incorrect in the least.

But it is incorrect because you don’t know what quality you’re getting. Right? You can get a troll make a T1 or someone who’ll be honest and make a T5. Does the tooltip tell you that? No, it does not. Pretty useless tooltip.

The tooltip shows the lowest quality for your order, the bare minimum you can receive.

But why when you can get a T5? Ba tooltip design.

It’s the tooltip design used everywhere else in the game. It shows you the base, the lowest version that you can get. Not any better versions, upgraded items, tertiary procs

It’s not, actually. When you make something at a workbench, the tooltip shows what you’re making. When you send something off to be made by someone else, the tooltip is not giving you a proper representation of the mats and the skill of the crafter. Are you saying that all crafters will make a T1 item with T3 mats?

Looks like OP is still blaming everyone but themselves - I’ll check back later.

I believe in you and your character development, OP!

No, and there is no reading in the world where you can honestly conclude that. It gives the lowest possible that you can receive, which for any order where you don’t manually set a minimum quality, that is r1.

That’s what I thought. Thank you for agreeing with me that the tooltip for the item is broken.

I’ve never agreed with you in this thread since you’ve not approached any honest and rational thought. Grow up, learn your mistakes, and do better.

Wasn’t that what was posted in the screenshot? Did you just out yourself as the fake me?

so you enjoy taking advantage of people?

Nobody got taken advantage of. The OP got what they ordered, no matter how many times they pretend otherwise.
