Asked for T5, got T4. Now I have to waste acuity for a recraft

Somehow, they believe it’s someone else’s fault. Nobody could possibly understand how at this point though.

You might need glasses

If you believe you were charged a cancellation fee in error, let us know in the [Review my cancellation fee] form. This might happen if your driver canceled instead of ended the trip, or if they canceled because they were too far away from your pickup location.

Again, you don’t understand the issue. You’ve spent a lot of energy doing so.

It’s about abusing the system.

That makes two of you.

Nobody abused the system. You got what you ordered. Your refusal to accept that is immaterial.

Sorry, I didn’t “order” it.

If I go to a restaurant and order something with no onions and it comes with onions, GUESS WHAT? I’m getting one without onions.

That might be hard for you to comprehend, but that’s how the real world works.

Don’t like it? Remove the “Notes” box.

You did. That is what happens when you place a work order. You ordered something, I am unsure if you ever said what, and got that item you ordered. Very simple, unless you try to ignore the meaning of words.

Funny how you keep saying the text box is for specific things, but when someone ignores it, that’s OK.

Move on.

You’re fighting ghosts out here. The text box is for communicating. The specific requirements are the item ordered and optionally crest, quality, missive, and embellishment as specified in the order.

Which I did.

Move on

If you only communicated there wouldn’t be an issue. But you made a thread whining about fake abuse, fake scams, and fake getting shafted.

You’re surprised that people will do something that benefits them and not care how it affects you? This is the world we live in.

This guy gets it.

I’m disappointed because all my other public crafts were T5 with no issues. So yes, people will abuse the system, I got lucky, I guess.

Nope, it is not abusable. You get precisely what you order.

Yeah it’s like… if you could send that test to one person and see if they crafted it at 5* or returned it if they could - chances are that person might feel obligated to make sure you get what you asked for.
As soon as you open it up to ‘everyone’ you are rolling the dice. It’s not abuse it’s just you asking pretty please and someone else saying nah here’s the best I can do.

But not what I asked for, so why do the notes exist?

Not explaining this to you again. The order was the item, type of order, and applicable of: crest, missive, embellish, and quality minimum.

The note is none of those components, it is non-deterministic to what you get.

I’m sure you will. I keep telling you that I disagree but you won’t move on.

It’s not an opinion. You’re not disagreeing you are just wrong.

It is, but move on

It’s not. The order has requirements, they were filled. You should move on and stop digging your heels in on being wrong.

I don’t care. It’s my opinion, so move on.
