Since the ban of key cloning software for multiboxing we have anecdotally not seen any decrease to the rampant botting across retail and classic. Is there any plan to either revert the ban on some key cloning software OR go further and ban all forms of multiboxing?
Also, can you please take a look at rogue covenant abilities. Some of them need a huge rework and are just terrible compared to other class covenant abilities.

Please please please address a plan towards the issue of class balance. Or at least present a mode of action towards improvement of the extreme cases
Why do we keep having to go through these per-patch currency grinds, especially for higher difficulties of content? 8.2 had the benthic grind, in which people had to grind pearls out to reroll pieces for the right item bonus and socket; 8.3 had the vision system with mementos for sockets and later echoes for corruption. 9.0 has stygia for sockets and conduits.
They’re fundamentally unenjoyable to participate in. They involve sinking several hours into mundane content, all for a semi-manditory buff to the current endgame content. At no point can any of this be considered truly challenging, and these grinds seem to exist for no other reason than to rack up played time metrics at the players’ expense.
Can we get away from these annoying currency grinds and get back to simpler times? You’re getting the same $15/month regardless; what does it matter if I raid log for the rest of the week?

Thats because bots don’t use the software Multiboxers use. Key Cloning isn’t what bots do, they run full programs with coordinates and pathing and full automation. The MB ban was just a way for them to “please” the masses.
Are there any plans to rework survival hunter? For the last two expansions we have seen that it is underrepresented in all forms of end game content due to it either being too complicated to play for little pay off (Spinning plates during Legion) or little to no interaction between abilities (BFA and SL). What are the chances for it to get some much needed attention this expansion?

Can you further elaborate on why the valor system will be capped at 220ilvl even for those that are doing M+20 keys within the timer? Currently, RBGs offer 226ilvl gear through the Conquest system and even 233 weapons. Why can’t M+ go higher than 220?

From a gear perspective, do you have any plans to incentivize players to return to older raids/dungeons in the current expansion when new content comes out?
In classic/vanilla, guilds still had a great reason if they wanted to jump back into Molten Core or BWL when Naxxramas was out (Thunderfury, BWL trinkets, etc.) It seems the retail version lacks that (e.g., when Battle for Dazar’alor came out, there was zero reason to step foot back into Uldir).
The general population hates Wintergrasp. Can we take it out of the rotation please? It’s broken, boring, oh so very boring, and not worth the loss/win time.
Is feedback still required for the guild permissions, or have they reached their final state without notification or consideration of feedback?
The squish hit our characters orders of magnitude more than the things we fight. Presquish my hunter could solo Sethraliss, carry guildies, postsquish, she can’t get in the door without dying. Nothing has changed on her otherwise (and I scrapped every Corruption that came my way). Will the scaling be adjusted to get back a fraction of our earlier strength in Legion and BfA?
Are there any plans for the groups of Kelfin hanging around orgrimmar? Are they going to be relevant again?
Also any plans to re-address the situation where legion raids are still difficult to solo, or in some cases still not able to be soloed?
Will we see underrepresented specs in pvp/pve getting some love? Like Holy Priest, Mistweaver monk, etc.
Do you still need examples of Old Content (Legion raids, or BFA mobs scalling with ilvl at lvl 60) being impossible to solo?
