Chronicles 1 states that the Void didnt always exist: it was formed after the light started expanding. Has the Light always existed in the universe or is it that an entity created the light, or even just caused it to expand in the first place. And if so, is that elune?

Will you be adding a way for alts to get Essences easier if your main has them, or making Essences account-wide in any manner in 8.3?
(That’s the question, small explanation:) I’ve genuinely lost interest in playing during BFA because of Essences, as alts are how I play the game, but addons show people what essences you have, and I can’t find groups on my alts because I don’t want to grind 35,000 Honor on my alts that need Blood of the Enemy or grind Exalted with Rustbolt on my Healers that need the Healing Essence (which is REQUIRED, not optional in the least), etc. (there are a LOT of grinds) I’ve gone from around 100 hours a week of playtime to 0 because of this.
I’m skeptical about even returning for Shadowlands because of it, as it feels like Blizzard has lost any respect or feeling for people who play alts.

Wearing holiday items any time of the year. Legendary items? Also if you can equip it, you can mog it?

If everything that dies goes into the Maw/Shadowlands, but we have something to allow us to leave the Maw. What happens when something dies in the Shadowlands?
Are we ghost spirits running back to our bodies, or do we just respawn in the Maw and jump back out?
Will all races be getting the upgraded cosmetic options, like eye color being a separate selection? And will we be seeing full hairstyle options for races like Worgen, who currently can only change the hair around their faces?
Will there be a replacement/stand-in for the default spirit-healer in the Shadowlands, similar to how Bwonsamdi replaced the spirit-healer in Zandalar?
If people refuse to play Horde, can Alliance get Void Elf with Half elf skin, hair and eyes as customization with paladin class, or High Elf Allied Race for the Alliance or have Blood Elf for both factions with High Elf customization?

Are we able to change covenants after picking one? I know there are “trials” to each covenant but are we also able to pick one, do everything with them, and then get to work on another covenant? Or is it a one time choice and that’s it (per character).

Why are we not being allowed to switch Covenants? In Legion we felt spec-locked due to Artifact Power, and this is just going to cause the same issue. The preview of the warrior Kyrian ability proves that. Not to mention Mythic Raiders who choose the wrong Covenant on accident will have to re-roll their entire raiding toon.

So the Tower is very reminiscent of the deep dungeons of final fantasy xiv. Are we gonna be able to level alts through the tower like the one in FFXIV or is it max level only?

Would you consider unlocking race/class combos as the story progresses? For example night elf paladins would have been cool to unlock in the Legion paladin class hall quests? That or other customization would be nice to earn in the rpg experience.
I’ve been waiting since WOW classic to play with my Ogre! When will there be playable ogres? Or will it never be?
Why are you not doing a world/leveling refresh like what happened in Catacylsm? The game sorely needs it. Leveling storylines need to be streamlined so it is engaging and makes sense to new players.
I do not think “choosing your expansion” to level 1-50 is going to fix this problem so… why did you choose this and why are you not refreshing Kalimdor and Eastern Kingdom questing?
