Are you planning on changes that’ll bring back to the main game all the good players that went to classic?
They’ve already answers this on their new website. Farming mogs and old items will still be possible.
With new customization options being added, and additional things like eye color being divorced from face, is there a possibility we could see more of a palette for skin, hair, and eye colors? Perhaps some height sliders? Potentially more unlockable cosmetics, a la Night Warrior?

Will our alts be able to fly in the Shadowlands once our main hits max level and finishes the story without a massive meta achievement? With the freedom you are giving alts to be played how we want it would make sense!

I doubt they pick one here, and if they do it would be a planted one. That being said.
Question: Are you guys going to give Wow a clean leveling experience to attract new costumer or will you keep it the same as is?
What happens if my friends and I always do quests together and pretty much all end content, but we all want to pick different covenants?
What is the plan for customization all around?
Will we be able to change which covenant we are tied to in order to access the abilities of the other factions? If yes, will that require additional grinding of the other factions?

With all the new Allied Races, and now with all the new character customization coming in Shadowlands, are there any plans to up the amount of characters you can have per account?

Now that you have re-implemented quivers in classic and are adding a whole new suite of cosmetic options for back pieces, are there any plans to re-implement quivers for hunters in retail wow

In the What’s Next for WoW panel Ion talked about adding more customization to the core races of WoW. Are there any plans to add more customization options to allied races?

What is the future on forced cross realm zones? Would love to have server communities like Classic has for retail once again! Right now everyone just feels like NPCs in the open world.
Since cosmetics are becoming a really nice feature, will there ever be color customization options to armors and pieces?
