Given that some heritage armor sets include different options, such as tunics/robes for blood elves or the different colours for mag’har, are there any plans to add some options to other heritage sets? Such as a void elf set without the collar, the skimpier nightborne set for males, or some of those different coloured lightforged sets?
Do you have any intention of loosening transmog restrictions?

Cloaks have gotten very, very samey over the years to me model wise, can we get some new cloak modeling? We spend 99% of our time in game looking at the back of our character after all!

Panel says you can level up entirely in any expansion you want. Does this mean full zone scaling now ? So no more farming old content in the outdoor areas ?

The mechagnome leg xmog appearance is just awful for any pants. It makes the the character look like its wearing a loaded diaper.
Will the dev team change the mechagnome appearance to be pants and possibly arms friendly?

With the 1-50 leveling in anyzone will you be handling older xpac raids? also gear from quests in general? Will we see lvl 50 hoj’s?

I have been wondering where Night Elf Paladins have been since Delas Moonfang become a Champion of the Silver Hand in Legion through the Paladin Order Hall. Given an expansion has passed, I feel that is a decent amount to show other Night Elves deciding to take up the oath and become Paladins as many years since that moment in Legion has passed.

For older players that are sensitive to too much screen effects, spell effects, very hard to follow dungeons runs, what option will be there be available to tone down the optional graphics effects?

What are the plans for PVP? It has felt like an afterthought for multiple expansions now.
Will there be a PvP vendor and progression system?
Will there be more PVP developer feedback and insight?
How will we balance the new systems for PvP?
Can we treat PVP like its own game in WoW similar to how Overwatch is treated in that we have alot of communication and constant development?

Will War Mode still be possible in Shadowland Zones? Are Covenants supposed to replace factions or will they be more like Legion class halls and not replace factions?

Will Allied Races also get new customisation options? Some of them are quite limited, and it will feel unfair on those that main one if it’s not planned.

I saw but surely there will be cloak-cloaks to go along with them, not everyone wants wings or floating rings (not that I don’t find them to be cool).
During the presentation, you announced a whole bunch of new character customization options. One option I would like to see is new teeth and mouth options for Worgen, at least one of which would be realistic mammalian carnivore teeth that don’t stick out in weird directions. Can you do that?
