Given the revamped levelling process, and new Death Knight option, will the rep/faction restrictions on the older Allied Races be lifted or eased back?
What powers are we “permanently” keeping? Does this mean for the entirety of the xpack …or forever?

Will Blood Elves finally be updated to reflect the cleansing effects of the sunwell? Golden eyes were explained to be for priests/paladins with a strong devotion to the light tapping into the holy part of the sunwell. but the sunwell is also part arcane and the fact a lot of Blood Elves would be using arcane magic again in everyday life(especially mages), shouldnt they be manifesting blue eyes(or other natural colors)?

When I pick an expansion to level an alt with, will my alt get to kill the final villain at the end when I reach lvl 50?

Why did breaking the Helm of Dominion, something made by Kil’Jaden in the Twisting Nether 30 something years ago, cause the barrier between the realms to shatter?

Will the Shadowlands expansion see the removal of the pathfinder system?
How long can we expect our secondary legendary grinds to be for off-specs, and will it be shorter for alts?
- With the transmog system we can currently set one outfit for each spec we play, any chance this could be expanded to work with a worgens two forms.
- With new hunter pets on the horizon any plans to expand the stable or perhaps create a tab for it in the collection window.
- At times when my low level hunter tames a rare beast (Humar for example) it retains its original name other times the beasts name becomes the generic family name. Could all pets tamed retain their original name?
What will happen to heirloom gear in regards to the new leveling system?

Any plans to buff the drop rate on the item needed to get the Pre-Order’s Eternal Traveler set? Also why were we not told prior to purchase that we would have to farm a rare drop to get a item we paid for? I love you guys, but this is the kind of thing that makes people doubt Blizzard, and we don’t want to.

Will we ever see Allied Races that are non-bipedals? I’m sick of having only two legs. I would like to see stuff like Dryads/Keepers of the Grove, Centaurs, and even Naga “aka Naz’dorei concept”. I would like to see San’layn, but if we were to get the race in the gothic setting in Shadowlands, Revendreth, as a playable race, somewhere on down the line, that would be awesome too!
How much creativity are we allowed to have with character customization?
Are we getting something that lets us change things such as:
Character’s Height?
Muscle Mass?
Waist thickness?
Bust size?
Head size/shape?
inter-racial Hair style? (like having gnomish hair styles as a dwarf)

In the WoW What’s Next panel, you mentioned choosing a Covenant in Shadowlands would give you two abilities, a class specific ability and a general one.
How are you going to prevent having a cookie cutter covenant? For example, Shaman must choose Kyrian for ‘the best’ abilities.
What are the plans for allowing players to play together when they want to be opposing races?
