If we have to choose a covenant to gain their powers-- what if we like the look of one covenant but the best powers for our spec are on another? What about alt specs?

In most recent expansions you guys have absolutely hit it out of the park with some of the armor that npcs wear. Is shadowlands going to bring some of that improvement to player armor? such as coats with physics and other such armor imrpovements.

Will warlocks ever be able to tame their own demons. I miss having a doomguard, And also like alot of the legion demon models. It feels a shame to let them go to waste.

So! Will we be seeing any updates on the Pandaren models? They don’t need anything major like Worgen/Goblins, but they do need minor updates to bring them in line with everyone else. One big example is Male Pandaren still have painted on textures as eyes, instead of actual eyeballs like every other playable race has.

The customisation panel was definitely great news, but as a druid player who spends 90% of their time in cat form I feel like feral druids and guardians will miss out on this feature.

How about making more gray/white/etc. options transmogrifiable?
Will we be seeing a Cataclysm-esque world revamp anytime soon? Perhaps just gradually? Creating a new character for many races now takes you back in time several years.

At the moment faction balance has become more and more of a problem with Horde dominating mythic raiding and amount of mythic+ being run. While lore wise the faction war seems to have died out (at least for now).
The new expansion seemed a perfect time to announce cross faction gameplay but it doesn’t seem to be happening. Was this considered? And if so is there any chance of including at some point?

Any changes to make pvp rewarding, we see all the cosmsetics for covenants and other systems. What about pvp?
