Does anyone know if this is an unintentional bug or if this is intentional because of the mobs being level 30 and max level being level 60?

Likely just a bug. It has been reported on the Bug forum. Not worth doing until they fix it. Took me a couple of mins to kill Lucifron at level 60. Used to be 1 or 2 shot.

Has anyone checked if this is just MC or is it also other older raids as well?
It affects the entire world. I am running the same Shadowlands leveling quests for the past week, now when I log in and continue on an alt I have been working on I noticed a huge difference in mob power. I made a post about it as well.

They could allow cross faction dungeon. I turn to this after enough “fun” with heroic lfd just to clear quests.
Always fun seeing tank drop and you either wait or see what you got for melee dps and see if they can ghetto tank trash to at least get to next boss. Then…wait.
HAd that fun this weekend. Tank dropped, and everyone looked at me since on the frost DK.
I said well…I am not good at tank even as blood is the bad news. BUt…she is more than 50% pvp gear so I have nice versatility some good news. Lets do this. Wasn’t pretty or fun but we did take out the trash to get to last boss then tank popped in.
After a few mishaps like this, yeah I like my legacy runs. Any personality conflicts with myself I can resolve with, well, myself lol.

This is a bug like I’ve never seen before.
