I’m still waiting on that inevitable flooding of Florida because of melting ice caps. It’s two years overdue.
Cis people take for granted how largely represented they are in media. Its amazing how someone can see the tiniest bit of diversity and get all huffy about it, making assumptions about how those in favor of diverse representation define their whole identity by it. We don’t. When we make threads like this one which essentially amount to us going, “Yay! It’s cool to see diversity.” You always get people who somehow try to malign it, that we are somehow wrong to be happy to see something in a game that we can better identify with. Simply saying you’re happy with seeing trans representation doesn’t automatically mean it’s your whole identity, its a false assumption you’re making. I can only wonder what would cause you to make such a jump in your thinking. Even if you aren’t Cis or straight Dedaru you are still playing their game.
However much representation the LGBT community has is dwarfed in comparison to cis/straight representation in WoW as well as other media.

I didn’t mean any hate, honestly. All a misunderstanding and I wish to apologize.
Just had some people come down on me hard for accidentally misgendering them and I was treated like I did it on purpose, I apologized then too but wasn’t good enough.
For me it’s all about the character is represented. I have ANY issue with ANY character that is one dimensional whether or not they identify as anything they desire.
And I’m glad more LGBT+ characters are being introduced, still a good step forward to progression.

You know what science is? Coming up with an idea, then proving it wrong.

My favorite part of that guy’s comment is the implication that trans people/LGBTQ+ folks have enough money to sway scientific research.
It’s funny, and also projection, considering how much money corporations and right wingers funnel into pretty much everything.
But it’s like… half the trans community has to crowdfund our own transitions, but we can afford to pay the APA off?

But because an estimation isn’t exactly correct you think its all wrong, when really its just off. Your president has already been proven wrong countless times but you still believe him. Your political party has been wrong on the economy countless times. They had their attempt to prove it in Kansas, and it collapsed. You are talking about the failures of others, but excusing your own beliefs failures.
What about your dream lords 6 failed businesses too? Or the fact he couldn’t get a loan from US banks, or the fact he didn’t pay taxes, or when he did you paid more than him, is under investigation in many states, has to prove he didn’t sexually assault a woman, tries to get the US attorney general to defend him in civil cases, breaking precedent, or the fact he has broken the law many times already with the hatch act…
Don’t you know, they all think Soros funds everything…you didn’t get your Soros weekly check like everyone else did?

I think the 300+ likes means that something you are speaking is true.
I’m MtF Trans and don’t care heads or tails of a gold coin about this “issue”, I do not even see an issue in this. Perhaps that is just my perspective however. and my opinion - which we are all entitled to, our own opinions on a matter or subject.

That joke text aside, when people involve topics about their indentity (in general), politics (in general), or anything along those lines, garbage doesn’t make the trashcan and it spills all over for people to see. Then people like to throw gas on the fire, try to support/disprove others but…
It is just a game at the end of the day. Like, honestly. I recall the issue with the author of books and I find that as idiotic as some (not saying this one) LGBT threads that appear on the forums. The thing that makes me disgusted is that the forum moderators cannot do their job when threads involving issues like this pop up because; outrage and tears that belong in Salt Water Potions will flood the forums.
