Simple math here. Activision Blizzard saw a profit to be made in wokeness credits, the currency of today’s Twitter culture. This will be evidenced by any transgender or openly gay stories in the actual game being censored on release in China.
They don’t care about gender identity, diversity, or racism. They are just mouthing the correct words to appeal to the twitter crowd. This is evidenced by their non-action and silence on the openly racist and sexist author of their shadowlands book, or their kowtowing and pandering to China.
Actions speak louder than words, and I wish their actions would include not censoring for China and condemning all forms of bigotry… but they won’t. it makes me sad.

The problem is social media gives people the impression the minority is the majority…they become waaay over represented and these companies end up eating crow.
Despite what people may think or believe, twitter, tiktok, facebook, IG isn’t real life. It’s simply a large echo chamber.
