with this logic doing bad dps, failing mechs, failing to dispel all contribute to bricking a key and should be bannable. horrible logic.
You not knowing what causes the bans doesn’t actually make them RNG. It just makes you not know what causes them.
Here’s a hint: don’t bail on lots of keys.
If the tank decides to leave because of a bad DPS, I don’t think they should be banned and I’ve seen it happen quite a few times. The tank says something about the timer or DPS then leaves.
Scare tactic.
you are just assuming because they provided no clear rules. which is the entire point to begin with.
Because if they told you the limit, then you’d play around it.
Don’t be leaver-happy, maybe stay after a wipe and give the key a chance.
For some reason that guy is uncharacteristically about gaslighting people on the subject, you’ll have to ignore his bs until he leaves.
Because if they told you the limit, then you’d play around it.
so roads shouldnt have speed limits because people who are going to go over the speed limit would play around it?
please make this make sense
people who want to follow the speed limit need it there so they can not go over the limit and be banned.
bruh. its pretty simple. idk why people keep acting like they dont understand this.
If they publish that it takes, say 50 dropped groups to catch an action against them then people sit there at 49.
Not publishing this information allows for more nuance in actioning accounts and less abuse by the bad actors in the player base.
I don’t get people like you.
This is a game everyone here pays for and has many hours invested in. Rules should be lawyered and clear if my account is to be stripped away from me. There should be clear lines in the sand to never cross.
No, it’s not good for rules that can ban players to be opaque and vague.
I actually never mentioned banning.
I mentioned that leaving the key bricks it, regardless of intent.
Take your poor comprehension and idiocy elsewhere. If you need to put words in people’s mouths to feel like you’ve won a conversation, well…I hope it makes you feel good.
Take care now!
isnt that so fun and quirky to let getting banned for leaving be rng?
They’re not going to give any sort of specifics because then griefers will just go below those numbers and still cause problems.
How many wipes do I need to stay in the key for? 2? 3? 4? 5?
What if we wipe and someone is below the tank in damage? You think they’re suddenly gonna glow up in the middle of the key?? Lmao… Being held hostage is so real right now.
Can I get some kind of definition of what constitutes a suspension? the word “frequent” isn’t exactly objective
Well, did you get suspended? If not, then you’re obviously fine.
That’s exactly what happens with speed limits, people might go faster because they know that they won’t be stopped by the police unless they go way over the limit.
And like someone else said:
Scare tactic.
Seems to be the goal.
Well, did you get suspended? If not, then you’re obviously fine
The people who were suspended were fine for awhile.
Until they werent.
Dude, could you be more dramatic about something that isn’t even a problem? Genuine question, could you?
so roads shouldnt have speed limits because people who are going to go over the speed limit would play around it?
And those people speeding catch consequences. Your analogy is bad.
If they publish that it takes, say 50 dropped groups to catch an action against them then people sit there at 49.
I almost guarantee nobody in this thread is doing 50 dungeons all season. This is why it should make sense instead of being stupid.
I like that instead of focusing on the intent of my post you focused on the hypothetical numbers I used instead.
Good job.
What? It was a genuine question lol. How many wipes do I need to stay in for.
Now I’m being dramatic. Oh my goodness, can’t even ask questions in here anymore.
