RDF was a system added in 2009 during original Wrath. It opened up endgame dungeons to the masses, and kept dungeons relevant and full of players. It also revitalized the leveling experience as suddenly dungeons that had been collecting dust became very active and an easily accessed compliment to the questing experience.

RDF Killed every social interaction, you do not need to even remember the name of the people you played with, it is very likely you will never see them again,

Fun fact, 5 mans are not all the content the game has. In fact, pre challenge modes it’d be incredibly easy to argue that dungeons are an incredibly smart part of the games endgame once raids are released.

Another fun fact, RDF is not LFR and RDF does not include raids.

RDF isn’t going to make any situation “worse.” Is the game suffering because we got dual spec? Of course not.

Putting in a Wrath feature early (like they did with about everything else) is a crap ton more authentic than taking a RETAIL feature, tweaking it so as not to be accused of bringing RETAIL feature to Wrath, and telling the players, “here ya’ go.” WTF is that?
