i for one would like to see RDF implemented due to not having the time i use to 10 or so years ago no life wow. most adults cant be on wow 24/7 due to adult responsibilities and so forth. so having a RDF will not hurt anyone besides the ppl that are strictly against it cuz theyre hell bent on it staying on retail.

as someone who doesnt have game time compared to what i use to have, having certain retail features would help out the community in a large way. a lot of people know it. i remember the smoke fire back in 08. i didnt really care for it. it didnt ruin my game play cuz well adult took over.

How to go from a RDF supporter to anti RDF: Use the RDF system for a little bit and see how your dungeon “experience” is like with it. We’re only saying what we’re seeing with our own eyes.
kills social interactions… you do know that there is barely any social interactions period in classic, unless your in a guild or in a BG group, or a party. other than that the only social interactions that are in classic are the constant trolls in trade, LFG and general.

When I join groups I ask everyone how their day is going, I ask about their life and and their goals on WoW and 9 out of 10 times people are more than happy to talk about themselves.
Social Interaction is a two way street and I know you are a Retail baby by your inability to comprehend that as most of the gameplay you enjoy is automated and botted.
Here in Classic we value our Community, don’t think you can walk in here and change OUR game.

Many Pro RDF players think “DUNGEONS ARE NEVER SOCIAL!” then you ask them if they typed anything and they say “Well I typed hi at the start and gg at the end…” That’s not socialization. You have to actually try to be likable to talk to others.

I personally think an RDF for all 1-79 dungeons and non-heroic dungeons would have no impact on the social aspect. Keep heroics and heroic+ off if you’d like to drive more of an endgame community, but I’m much less likely to level an alt without an RDF tool.
Dungeon farming with a group is a blast especially if you just requeue together after.
