RDF is what was the start of ruining the game in retail, and it was the start of the decline of WoW subs.
Notice how subs peaked in Wrath, and then they added RDF, guess what happened? Subs started to decline into Cataclysm. Again, when they added LFR, subs dropped heavily again.
I’m all for convenience and QoL where it makes sense. Adding RDF isn’t one of them.
the only person that can force that upon you in the current game build is you. Nothing is stopping you from forming a group but you.
Lol subjective. Dungeons also make you fall behind on most profs. The only exception really being tailoring and enchanting if youre lucky enough. Once youre levelled guess what you’ll have to do anyway? Go back to the zones you skipped.
Its better to do a mix of both. But mostly questing.
Lol, you are going to be really disappointed when you realize, that they are just going to add RDF later, the real reason they wont have it at launch is because they dont want people to burn through the content right away and be all geared out and get bored and unsub. I guarantee they will added it later.
Doesnt matter what you think, the amount of people that will unsub because of them adding RDF is nothing compared to the amount of subs they will gain by adding it, blizzard want money more then anything, So you would just be better off unsubing.
Calling what we’re getting classic is like calling a volkswagon a porsche. They may have originally been designed by the same people, but they are nothing close to each other.
You clearly cant read, because the reason it isnt there at launch of wrath is because they dont want people to burn through the content right away, it really isnt that hard to understand.
You’re just lying at this point. Stop trying to force people the play the game how you want to play the game. All you’re thinking about is yourself, you could care less if other people aren’t able to find a group because you are easily able to find a group.
Go look at the sub numbers, the sub graph that shows all expansions. Nobody unsubbed when they added this, it was Cataclysm when the sub numbers started to really fall off, and that was probably due to the talent tree changing most likely.
Just google WoW subs graph all expansions and you will see that you are clearly lying. Nobody really quit during Wrath, even after they added RDF, it was during Cataclysm 100% and just kept falling after that. You can blame RDF all you want but that’s not the reason people started to quit.
THANK GOSH!!! All these sweaty dude bros want to make it seem like we’re all impatient min maxers who need LFD. I’ve been playing classic since launch casually and been having a blast. LFD will absolutely /murder/ the open world and has absolutely no place in classic, I love seeing people just exist in the world, it makes the game feel alive. LFD will concentrate all that life into the major cities and leave the rest of Azeroth empty
Funny enough, it actually makes it easier to quest or gather with the original RDF, as opposed to what we have now. List, go quest or gather, accept the ding with it hits and go.
so many people here are so short sighted. “the numbers didn’t fall when LFG was added that happened afterwards!!!” Lol yeah… you mean it happened after LFG had the ability to foster a culture of quick grinds and no socializing? Y’all are blaming cata for a problem that was being prepared long before Cata ever released. just like when ppl get mad about gas prices they blame the current pres and not the previous one who started the issue lol
Wrong again, they clearly stated in the video itself that it is risky for the REST of Wrath and isn’t coming back.
This is NOT the current sub graph info, that was a fan made graph. I have put the ACTUAL graph MANY times on this thread alone but you don’t want to find it because it proves you wrong.
lmao. nice way of framing the question negatively so that no answer sounds good. the poeple flying over make the world feel alive. the people passing through on mounts make it feel alive. altoholics chugging through the low levels make it feel alive. if you want a dead world to play in please go play another game and let those of us who agree with Blizzards direction keep enjoying it (:
Wrong, this is an MMO and the players are the immersion. You clearly are more geared mentally to handle Fortnite and Skyrim, MMOs don’t seem to be your speed.
