Artifact Weapon Missing

So it looks like my Protection spec Artifact is missing. I’ve done as outlined, I see my Ashbringer in the bags but I do not see the Prot paladin or Holy Paladin artifact weapon in the bags.

Yes, I’ve unlocked them, as I’ve done Mage Tower on the Prot Paladin for sure that I know and have all the appearances unlocked.

The only change that has been made to this character is: Gear boosting. I gear boosted twice, and do not see any bags to click with old gear, etc.

Please assist.

tl;dr - used system generated gear boost, silver hand and truthguard are missing.

I have unlocked Mage Tower appearances on both. Please assist.

Additionally, I have Julia Celeste following me around with no option to take a quest or dismiss her. She just insists I speak with her.

Furthermore, it appears my Order Hall is really messed up.

I’m missing alot from Legion. X_X

The gear boosting has appeared to have reset all my Legion progress as it’s asking me to basically start over once more.

I had this issue with other characters on my account but this is becoming my new main, so I’m focused on it. I can get on my Rogue and confirm if this issue is due to the “Gear Boosting”.

On 12/20/16 I completed five different order campaigns, in-fact, I’ve completed 9. The relevancy is that Paladin is one of them and this is the Paladin in question. I also do not see my Highlord or associated title earned when completing it all.

Secondary: My DK is also missing from my accnt which completed the campaign as well.

All I’ve done is gear boosting.

I’d put in a ticket.

The best way to tackle this is by character I think.

Specific character/realm - and the troubles that character is having.

The last boost I’m seeing used on this license was mid November.

I see you have other licenses as well, although it doesn’t look like you’ve played them in quite some time. Just be certain you are looking on the correct one.

I’ll check each character I remember doing the “gear” boost on and see if they all have this issue. For now, I’ll submit a ticket for this character.

Do I need to make sure it’s under a specific category?

I’ve checked and it’s now ALL my characters who I used this gear service with.

I have SO much progress that is lost and I am very upset at this.

Just to get the very simple question out of the way, did you check your mail on the characters you boosted? Usually these services send the gear back in the mail. I don’t see mentioned that it was checked.

Hey Ryelee, just to follow up on this as I don’t want to perpetuate the rumor that the Gear Update or Character Boost deletes items.

If you are referring to the Paladin you are posting on, which is currently level 67, you never acquired Truthguard and Oathseeker for the Prot spec or the Silverhand for Holy, nor have you completed the Mage Tower quests on this character. You couldn’t have, as it was created in 2019.

I believe you are thinking of a different Paladin, created back in 2005. That character was transferred off of this Battle.net account in 2020.

Interesting.

I don’t recall transferring any characters and this happened with my Druid and I was told there was nothing that can be done.

As you can see yourself, I’ve had these characters for a long time, just take a look at Kelorah.

I did have issues where my account was compromised a couple of times when I was not playing WoW steadily/actively.

Is there anyway to fix this? This is a 2nd character that is no longer on my account.

It often depends what can be verified, Ryelee, but it is usually a time sensitive process. I don’t know if anything can be done at this point, but you can submit a ticket to inquire.

Can you see if there were any other characters transferred off in 2020? I would haven’t ever transferred that character off (Which I thought was this one).

You should theroticly be able to do it thru transaction history under account management since its a 25$ fee to transder between accounts.

Only one transferred off, at the same time. A Druid.

There were several other transfers during that month, but they seem to have remained on the same WoW license.

I adjusted my ticket. I will also look up the history of transactions.

Guess I might be out of luck if it’s time sensitive :frowning:
