If so, I hate it.
I LOVED being able to use my holy artifact appearances for my disc priest.
Not sure if this is your issue, but what I noticed with these is that the Legion artifact tab is still only for your spec, but the remainder of off-spec weapons are in the individual weapon tabs, which limits them to the same type of weapon. So if I have a dagger and offhand on my destruction warlock, I can transmog it to my destruction artifact in the tab, but not the affliction one because it only shows in the staves tab. However, if I had a staff equipped since it’s the same type of weapon, I could use any of the artifacts since they are also staves.
Only a Discipline Priest can transmog a dagger into Light’s Wrath, but any Priest can transmog a staff into Light’s Wrath. Just make sure you look in the Staff category, not the Legion Artifact category.

I use dagger/OH combo since I need that sweet, sweet crit/haste combo, it’s just disappointing I guess.
