Arms bleeds

Trying to get a sense of how arms bleeds should be played.

Should I go out of my way to keep deep wounds/rend on two enemies?

Is thunderclap worth the point?

Bleed package is a lot of nodes:

  • 3 in base tree for thunderous roar.
  • 4 In arms on the left side.

My rend damage from details seems paltry and I think that’s inflated even from pet/minion damage.

Warriors all serve Khorne the Blood god, he does not care from where the blood flows, so long as it does. Skulls for the Skull throne.

yes. it’s a good way to get rend on everything.

yes. There’s an argument for spear, but you’ll get way more out of putting 3 into roar.

it’s not great, in comparison to feral,or dots from assa, or hell, even sub rupture… but it’s rolling dmg that you have while you’re not on trgt… so it’s worth. They should probably buff it though.

Thanks, do you think the bleeds are actually impactful? Almost feels like they are there just to say we did okay damage but in the end do you think it accomplishes anything.

Dots to me should cleave and wear down the enemy healer gradually OR put high pressure on a single target. Right now to me war bleeds dont feel like they do either.

At least with the spear package when you go you have a higher kill chance in a 6 second window.

Double roar capstone and thunderclap plus its upgrade are worth imo

Skullsplitter is up to you but for sure roar and tc with rend

Your second statement here is the idea. I’m not sure if they are as impactful as intended, tbh. They do feel lackluster.

Spear specced into the 25% dmg increase has potential with demolish… but it’s easily wasted. you also lose the roar dot and dmg increase that comes with it… which makes them feel even worse.

When my arms bleed after I fight hobos in Philly, I typically apply an antiseptic and bandaid. I occasionally take an ibuprofen as well depending on the level of discomfort.

PS. I always win.

100% uptime on kill target.

No, but opportunistically do so if the situation presents itself.

Yes, almost always.

Still WAY better than slam and whirlwind nodes.

It’s also the only damage you do while being kited, which is basically always XD
