Armoursmithing quest chain still not functioning

as per Trenton Lighthammer - 'Did You Lose This?' quest bugged
and two ticket chains in game

Its been two months. I cannot progress this quest chain to completion. I cannot learn a single armoursmithing recipie. I cannot switch to weaponsmithing.

This was a bug 20 years ago. It was still happening 18 years ago.
When is resolution going to happen?

Hey Gation, have you tried talking to Myolor Sunderfury in Ironforge near The Great Forge?

He should offer you dialogue options for “I wish to become an armorsmith” or
“I wish to become a weaponsmith”

After selecting armorsmith, you can then talk to Grumnus Steelshaper.

Let me know if this doesn’t work.
